NURAISHAH SHAMSUDDIN

Teluk Intan, 23 November 1993

 

Nuraishah Shamsuddin was born on 23 November 1993 in Teluk Intan, Perak. She is a traveler at heart, love to cook, gardens and in love with exploring new things.

She has been involved in arts since 2013 on and off. Her arts is mainly focused on the architecture of colonial buildings in Malaysia. The love of the aesthethic value of the buildings drawn her into fine arts majoring in printmaking. She has participated in several talks and contribute her works in an art magazine and social media sharing spaces.

Other than fine arts, she also have passion in photography and fashion. She started with IkatnDip in 2014 which is a clothing brand that focused on dyed items from apparel to bags and other small products. Later in 2016 she rebranded IkatnDip to Independent New Design(I.N.D) - an ethical clothing line that donate a Ringgit from every purchase to those in need.

Her passion for photography come next after fine arts. In 2011 she bought her first camera where she took it everywhere around the globe capturing moments and documenting for her own journal which she use in her arts. In 2016 she develop her interest in photography by involving herself in both SLR and DSLR world.
